Return Policy
We offer refunds or exchanges within the first 2 days from the date of purchase. If more than 2 days have passed since your purchase, returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Items purchased on sale may not be eligible for a return or exchange.
Additionally, exchanges are offered only for items found to have manufacturing defect or damage.
Certain product categories may be exempt from returns or refunds. These exemptions will be identified at the time of purchase. For accepted return or exchange requests, once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. If the item passes our quality check, your return or exchange request will be processed in accordance with our policies.
