Refund Policy
This policy outlines the process for canceling an order or requesting a refund for a product purchased through the Platform. The details are as follows:
- Cancellation Requests: Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made before the shipping process of product.
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 2 day of receipt. The request will be processed once concerned team verifies the issue on their end.
- Product Not as Expected: If you find that the product received does not match the description on the site or does not meet your expectations, please inform our customer service team within 2 day of receipt. After reviewing your complaint, the customer service team will take appropriate action.
- Warranty Issues: Footwear products does not come with manufacturer’s warranty. For other products please contact the customer service directly for assistance.
- Refund Processing: If a refund is approved by Zaimus International Pvt Ltd, it will be processed within 7 business days.
